Returns & Exchanges

All Lilith Limited pieces are made to order, crafted individually for each client.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

atelier@lilithlimited.com

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Please note
• Variations in fabric texture, embellishment placement, or hand-finished details are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects
• Size dissatisfaction due to incorrect measurements is not eligible for return
• Sale items and custom sizing are final sale
