Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is made to order and produced specifically for the customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or event-related reasons.

However, if an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, does not match the description, or an incorrect item was sent, please contact us at atelier@lilithlimited.com within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we will review the issue and offer a replacement, correction, or appropriate resolution.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
